Applying the blockchain concept to the Internet of Things is the result of a decentralization study. ADEPT uses the blockchain, TeleHash, and BitTorrent. Telehash is peer to peer messaging. BitTorrent supports distributed file sharing and analytics reports. The Bitcoin Blockchain is used for device communication and transactional coordination. Ethereum in particular performs the contract telemetry between devices. Ethereum "ether" controls the use of roles and responsibilities, permissions, bartering and negotiations among nodes and devices on the blockchain which makes the devices almost completely autonomous. Autonomous devices / nodes can become revenue generating opportunities in their own right e.g., participate in crowd funding, near real time opportunistic auctions or not. Military's operate in a decentralized mode of operations monitoring the status of individual platforms, devices, individuals that are organized into groups identified by a Organization Identifier <Org_ID>. Devices, platforms, sensor types are identified by Uniform Resource Name <URN>.  In the Heart Beacon Cycle scenario, the device's ID typed by Uniform Resource Name <URN> would be affiliated to an organization <Org_ID> so individual devices belong to a trade or cooperative federation would be monitored for aggregate mission readiness and eligibility for group discounts, priorities, or group preferences supported by workflow logic telemetry according to need or contractual Service Level Agreement.
