THE HEART BEACON CYCLE: COMMON BUILDING
BLOCKS, PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES AGREED UPON BY AUTONOMOUS TRADE FEDERATION GROUPS
The Heart Beacon Cycle is a procedural template derived from military
battlefield digitization / net centric warfare / operational best practice used by US and NATO forces for several decades.
The method patent filed by Simple Wins Concepts LLC that is in publication stage's main embodiment was written in a non-networked
simplistic meme because the process has value in a non-networked environment -- for example, Napoleon's use of couriers carrier
pigeons and semaphore flags. Follow on embodiments add to the procedural template networking and supporting technologies to
make the processes and procedures current and relevant today.
Military forces have for centuries done one thing very well -- form individuals
into groups and organizations organized and synchronized in time and space (geo-spatially) to achieve goals. Today, organizations
tend to be geographically dispersed and tend to use many different technologies to achieve their goals. The Heart Beacon Cycle
provides a minimum list of common building blocks, procedures and processes that individuals agree to use within organizations
they join e.g.., autonomous trade federations. Individuals and organizations may affiliate and de-affiliate as they choose
or as logistics or other external factors drive the situation. Cyclic reporting of events, alerts, and milestones during micro-cycles
to macro-cycles is key.
